Should all British Asians be proud of the Queen?

Today marks the sixtieth anniversary of Her Majesty the Queen becoming our Monarch. Do you think that Queen Elizabeth the Second and the Royal Family generally is something that us British Asians should celebrate and be proud of? Or do you think that the whole system is symbol of a colonial past with dark memories for anyone who's family has come the former Raj?
