Sally Pritchard thought that Tesco Finest Insurance would be the best. But the company hasn't lived up to her hopes of a top class service. A burst pipe flooded her kitchen back in May. But Tesco still hasn't sorted out her insurance claim, and Sally and her son have been without a kitchen for months.
