Food adventurer Stefan Gates is travelling across Britain on a mission to make mealtimes memorable, serving up dishes kids can only dream of and ingredients from their wildest imagination. Stefan is in Newport and the Mystery Meal being cooked up features brains fried in breadcrumbs, while the gang try and power a rocket with everyday ingredients.
