88 per cent of mothers say they feel guilty about being working parents. Should they? Do men feel guilty or is parental guilt the preserve of mothers? And do women need quotas?
A new study shows that 88% of working mothers feel guilt
But should women feel guilty about working when they have children? Isn't it just a matter of doing your best to get the balance right? And do men ever feel guilt, or is this a purely female condition?

It may well be International Women's Day, but why do we still have so few women working in senior management or in positions of influence?
What is it that stops women from seeking promotion, or a place in the boardroom? Is it simply because women are holding themselves back? Do women lack the ambition and drive to try and get up the greasy pole, or is it more to do with childcare and family commitments? Or is it that we need to see a huge sea change in culture and attitude from men to make things equal for women?
