With Dervish's Cathy Jordan

An hour of the very best in folk, roots and acoustic music including an interview with Dervish lead singer Cathy Jordan about her new solo album.

Mike Harding presents an hour of the very best in folk, roots and acoustic music, including news from the world of folk and the latest album releases.

This week, Mike's guest is the singer Cathy Jordan, who's known to many as the lead singer of the internationally successful Irish traditional band Dervish.

After more than twenty years of working on a solo album, she finally releases it this spring. All The Way Home consists of songs learned during Cathy's childhood in County Roscommon, and she tells Mike all about the musical upbringing that inspired the album.
