The High Court rules Met police officers assaulted a 16 year old boy with serious autism, forcing him into handcuffs during a school trip. Victoria speaks to the family solicitor.
A High Court Judge has found that Metropolitan Police officers subjected a sixteen year old boy with severe autism to assault and battery, false imprisonment and multiple breaches of the Human Rights Act. It was as they handcuffed him during a school trip to a swimming pool. Victoria speaks to a family solictor and hears from the parents of children with autism.
