The former head of fundraising for the Labour party tells Victoria that David Cameron hosting dinners in his Downing Street flat for Conservative Party donors is an abuse of the official residence. Lord Levy says there's no reason why Downing Street shouldn't publish a full list of the guests entertained by the Prime Minister in his flat.
Also there's a warning the new system to restrict the movement of suspected terrorists - brought in to replace control orders - could prove much less effective. The warning comes from the senior lawyer appointed to review the government's terror laws.
