Charles Stimson, who advised George W Bush's Secretary of Defence on detainee issues around the world, tells us why the US is so keen to see him extradited. He admits that the UK government will be in "a pickle" if they want to deport him but the European court says no.

Benjamin Crump, the lawyer for the Martin family, tells us they're cautiously optimistic, because they're hoping the decision means there's enough evidence to make an arrest.

Facebook has bought the photo app, Instagram, for $1 billion. Ari Levy from Bloomberg says it's a good deal for both, especially Instagram's 13 employees, who stand to become very rich indeed.
