Zoe Ball gets 2Day swinging with an hour of dance tunes and styles from the 40s to today.
The world-famous Grimethorpe Colliery Band will be playing live in the show, performing a terrifically bouncy and brassy version of the Glenn Miller classic 'In The Mood'. Radio 2 presenter Frank Renton will be conducting. Classy crooner Clare Teal gives a special performance that will be packed with rich vocals and exquisite harmonies. Veteran broadcaster David Jacobs handpicks one of his favourite tracks from the Tin Pan Alley era, while another David - DJ and Radio 2 presenter Dave Pearce - brings us bang up-to-date with a taster of the best and freshest in dance music.
