Dan Walker and guests look ahead to Sunday's final round of Premier League matches, with the destiny of the title still undecided. Will it be the red or blue half of Manchester celebrating? Manchester City are at home to QPR, with Manchester United away at Sunderland.
There is still plenty of football to be played over the coming weeks, including the Champions League final and the Football League play-offs. And looming fast is the Euro 2012 tournament in June, in which England and the Republic of Ireland will both be taking part.
