The former director of public prosecutions tells the programme he wants to see a law which effectively bans insults to be scrapped.
Section 5 of the Public Order Act has seen people arrested for calling a HORSE gay, for barking at a dog, and saying "homosexuality is a sin". Campaigners say it shouldn't be a crime to insult anybody no matter how unpleasant it might be.
Also the government says it wants to take action to get petrol companies to pass on cuts in global oil prices to motorists at the pumps. Victoria speaks to the transport secretary, Justine Greening.
