A 12 year old boy who raped a 9 year old girl has been spared custody after a judge in Scotland accepted he was copying hard core pornography he had seen online. The court heard how the boy, who's now 14, sexually assaulted the girl after being allowed unrestricted access to a series of explicit websites. He had told police he raped her because he wanted "to feel grown up". Victoria speaks to the head of the NSPCC's sexual abuse programme.
