Why I Fired Them
Lord Sugar sheds light on each of the firings from this year's Apprentice, explaining just what led him to utter the immortal words 'You're Fired' to the candidates.
They knew they had to impress Britain's toughest boss. If they failed, they'd get the chop. 16 hopefuls went into battle for Lord Sugar's 拢250,000 investment. Now, he explains how some candidates lost the plot completely and others survived by the skin of their teeth.
The candidates faced a series of gruelling business tasks from coming up with condiments, to selling street art. Designed to seek out strategy, spot strong sellers and pinpoint promising talent, the weekly challenges just kept getting tougher and someone always ended up carrying the can.
From disastrous videos, to shoddy sales and ghastly gadgets, Lord Sugar sheds light on each of this year's firings. From the first week when one candidate talked herself out of the boardroom, to the explosive double firing in week ten, to narrowing the pack to his final four in week eleven.
In the race to win his investment, Britain's toughest backer explains how the teams fared, and what led him to utter the immortal words 'You're Fired'.
