Welsh consumer magazine presented by Rhodri Owen, Lucy Owen and Rachel Treadaway-Williams. The team look at holidays, driveways and boilers. Plus a crackdown on litter louts.
Rhodri and Lucy Owen fight for the rights of consumers across Wales, whilst Rachel Treadaway-Williams investigates companies who don't deliver on their promises.
X-Ray's back with a bang, looking at holidays, driveways, boilers and a report on how justice has finally caught up with some of our old friends. Rachel's in the Rhondda meeting the couple who spent around 拢14,000 on a holiday club - but have managed to get just one holiday and two weekend breaks since 1998. Rhodri's in Carmarthenshire where homeowners who converted their gardens into car parking are facing a bill of 拢500 in a council crackdown. And Lucy's on the case in Cardigan, where one couple were struggling to get their boiler fixed - and their money back - from their insurance company. Two years ago Blaenau Gwent was branded the dirtiest county in Wales, it's now one of the most improved. But not everybody's happy about a crackdown on litter louts.
