Do you want too much chat, not enough music and too many adverts? Try someone else. Want the perfect balance of brilliant alternative music and waking witticisms? Try us. A rib-tickling satirical romp through the day's news and events, to the perfect morning soundtrack for anyone music-lover; from northern soul to new folk; rock 'n' roll to indie disco. New tracks from the likes of Friendly Fires and Foals are nestled in next to the back catalogues of Hendrix and The Smiths. Shaun is joined live in studio by Matt Everitt for an irreverent take on the day's music news.

Also, in celebration of the start of The Open Golf Championship at Royal Lytham and St Annes, Shaun starts a new feature RADIO FORE!!

Plus a chat with Dexter Fletcher after 9am about his new movie Wild Bill. Wild Bill is British star Dexter Fletcher's directorial debut, about a man released from jail after spending 8 years inside. Set in London's East End, Bill returns home to find his two young sons abandoned by their mother and is forced into finally carrying out his parental responsibilities.

Dexter Fletcher started his career in Press Gang before going onto present Gamesmaster. His is well known for his role in Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrells and Band Of Brothers. Fletcher recalls presenting GamesMaster was 'very unforgiving' and 'quite intimidating'. He claimed the most difficult part was 'just getting up, taking a deep breath, and going out there and doing it'. His style of presenting was heavily criticised by viewers who said his 'in your face' method was too 'OTT' and did not suit the show.
