Bob presents his choice of country, roots and Americana music, plus legend Alejandro Escovedo joins the show for a live session, playing songs from his new album Big Station.

20 years after the release of his debut solo album "Gravity", Americana legend Alejandro Escovedo joins Bob to play songs from his new album "Big Station".

The third in a row to be produced by Tony Visconti (David Bowie, T. Rex), and with the majority of the songs co-written with Chuck Prophet, "Big Station" sees Escovedo looking back to his punk & rock'n'roll roots without losing sight of his country leanings.

Accompanied by guitarist Billy Wight, it's a session not to be missed, and Bob's expert framing of it within the context of Texan music past & present is a real treat.
