Chris is live in the Olympic Park ahead of the spectacular London 2012 opening ceremony. The breakfast show wakes the nation from its new home in sunny Stratford, building the excitement before the greatest show on Earth. Chris talks to the biggest players who have been instrumental in bringing the games to Britain, including Tony Blair, Prime Minister at the time of the successful bid. At 8.12am we are joined by some keen campanologists who will lead the ringing for Martin Creeds 'Work 1197', which sees all the bells in the country rung as quickly and as loud as possible for three minutes. Plus we converse with the characters involved in the curtain raiser as they put the finishing touches to director Danny Boyle's 'The Isles of Wonder'.
