Britain's largest minicab company, Addison Lee, launched headlong into a radical 'Babies at Work'scheme. After a successful trial, the seven surviving mums and dads are going to attempt to combine parenting and work for a whole month. They want to transform their work/life balance and have the best of both worlds, saving on childcare costs and having more time with their children. But as both company and parents venture into the unknown, the daily demands of the scheme start to hit home. With misbehaving children and workplace crises, the scheme faces its biggest test yet. Meanwhile, boss Liam Griffin has to assess the impact that babies have on the bottom line. At the end, he faces a make-or-break decision. Will he make Addison Lee the first British company to permanently introduce a 'Babies at Work' scheme - or will the babies be fired?
