Gary Lineker and John Inverdale present the evening's athletics action. Jessica Ennis and Mo Farah are both looking to improve on last year's world championship silvers in the heptathlon and men's 10,000m respectively. Plus the fastest woman at the Games is revealed in the 100m final.
Elsewhere, it is the final night of swimming - British hopes rest with Fran Halsall in the women's 50m freestyle - and the Team GB men's football squad play a quarter-final in Cardiff if they have topped their preliminary group.
