Brian Matthew turns back the clock way back to the 1960s, and brings with him a collection of music facts and classic tracks from the likes of Chris Andrews, The Electric Prunes, The Statler Brothers, Ray Charles and Irma Thomas, to name but a few.

And what better way to literally kick start your weekend than with a burst of Dame Shirley Bassey belting out her version of the invigorating track Big Spender from the musical Sweet Charity. We defy anyone to listen to that song, and not want to tuck their leg round the door frame.
