A US special forces major tells us about green on blue killings in Afghanistan. And Joan Rivers relates her favourite memories of comedienne Phyllis Diller, who's died at 95.
In the last ten days nine NATO soldiers have been killed by their Afghan co-workers. Major Fernando Lujan is a US army special forces officer who's spent months embedded with Afghan government forces. He gives us his take on so called "green on blue" killings and how to reduce them.
