Nihal asks whether you are happy or sad that Baroness Warsi has left the Cabinet, plus author Pankraj Mishra talks about his new book. And is it rude not to shake someone's hand?

Are you happy or sad to see the back of Baroness Warsi from the cabinet?

The only Asian member of David Cameron's cabinet has been sacked from her job as Conservative party co-Chair. Baroness Sayeeda Warsi was a very visible sign of the new diversity the Government wanted to promote but now she's been demoted.

Do you think she represented the Asian community in the UK well? Let us know what you think.

From 2, we are joined by author Pankraj Mishra who's new book 'From the Ruins of Empire' discusses the consequences of empire.

We are also ask you if it's rude not to shake someones hand? Last night at the paralympic games a Iranian athlete didn't shake hands with Kate Middleton at the medal ceremony, was this rude or was he just observing islamic tradition?
