The search for Britain's top celebrity chef continues as Zoe Salmon, Cheryl Baker, Danny Mills and Richard McCourt are paired into teams and face the public for the first time. Leaving the comfort of the MasterChef studio, the four are assigned a mass-catering challenge of mammoth proportions.
With an array of ingredients on offer including chicken, minced lamb, pasta, couscous, cheese, eggs and a range of fruit and vegetables, the teams must prepare and serve 120 lunch portions, catering for various tastes while creating meat-based, vegetarian and dessert dishes. With just two and a half hours to prepare lunch for staff used to exceptionally high quality food, the celebrities need to rely on their creativity and teamwork skills more than ever.
