The remaining six celebrity cooks board a cross-channel ferry capable of carrying up to 2,000 passengers and cook lunch for its brasserie customers.

The remaining six celebrity cooks face a challenge like no other to prove that they have still got what it takes to walk away with the trophy.

The competition gets seriously tough as the celebrities board a cross-channel ferry capable of carrying up to 2,000 passengers and cook lunch for its brasserie customers. Not only must they cater to the brasserie's high standards, cooking each dish to order, but also time will not wait if customers are to be fed before they have to disembark.

Split into three teams of two, each team will be responsible for a main course and a dessert. The celebrities will need every second of the journey from Dover to Calais and back again to prep, cook and serve their dishes, but will it be enough and will their efforts meet the customers' expectations and the exacting standards required?

Who will have the determination and stamina to cope with such a gruelling task?
