Got wifi at home? If it's not properly secured, cyber criminals or even your neighbours could use it to steal your identity.

If you buy a ticket for an event online and are offered the option of printing it out at home, you might think you're doing the agent a favour. After all, you're using your own printer, your own ink and your own paper. So is it fair for some agencies to charge you up to 拢3.00 to print your ticket?
