Brian Matthew delves in to his record bag to play some classic tracks, plus the new feature 'Both Sides of the Record', in which he uncovers interesting B-sides.

Regular 'avids' will recognise a new spin on an old feature in the form of 'Both Sides Of The Record', where over the next few months we will be playing you some of the more interesting 'B' sides that sadly often get overlooked. Kicking off this new feature is Adam Faith with his 13th top twenty hit 'Don't That Beat All', which will be followed by the 'B' side 'Mix Me A Person'. The song itself was was the title track to the X rated movie which Adam starred with Donald Sinden and Anne Baxter, playing the role of a London criminal.

Listener requests this week come from Alan Haven, The Drifters, The Four Pennies, Jimmy Jones and Simon Dupree & The Big Sound. We'll also be 'Playing Hard To Get' with Los Bravos as we play their 1969 hit 'Inside Your Shadow'.
