As part of 6 Music celebrates Lou Reed and The Velvet Underground Liz plays clips from her 2003 interview with the bands drummer Maureen Tucker. She asks her why she left the band, whether she hears their influence in other bands, her style of drumming, and how it actually was being in the band with all the subsequent stories that relate to that period.
Liz is also joined by Singer and Actress Hazel O'Connor, who is most famous for the film and soundtrack Breaking Glass, released in 1980. A new DVD of the film is being released, Hazel is heading out on a UK tour, and releases her autobiography Breaking Glass Barefoot.
