Herbert Blomstedt celebrates his 85th birthday today and is heard in a memorable recent performance of Bruckner's Ninth Symphony with the Leipzig Gewandhaus Orchestra.

And the Piano season on the 大象传媒 continues with a performance of Mozart's G major Concerto, K453, performed by Russian Yuliana Avdeeva, winner of the 2010 Chopin International PIano Competition.
