Rolf Harris pays tribute to Evan Walters, the Swansea-born artist who painted the famous Cockle Woman portrait in the National Museum of Wales. Towards the end of his career, Walters pursued an early version of 3D, producing blurred 'double vision' paintings. Rolf paints his own version of the cockle woman and creates 'wobble vision' to unlock the 3D from Walters's 70-year-old paintings.
