Muslim-Christian interfaith marriage

Nihal asks what is wrong with changing your religion for love, and whether Asian soaps are good for you. Plus social activist Ramesh Sharma joins him for a chat.

Join the debate with Nihal. He's asking, what's wrong with changing your religion for love? We're asking this today because of a group called "The Christian Muslim forum" that has come up with a set of guidelines which focus on how to make mixed faith marriages work. One of the key ideas is that if a Muslim is marrying a Christian, then they can both keep true to their religions and that neither party has to convert. Is that something you agree with? Or do you think its important that couples who are in love and get married have the same faith? After 11, we want your thoughts on India soaps, are they good for you? And after midday, social activist Ramesh Sharma talks to Nihal about land disputes in India.
