After his shocking discovery, a heartbroken Alfie realises that there is only one option left for him. Max wonders if he should come clean to Tanya about his secret.
After giving Tommy a present and Kat a replica of her wedding bouquet, a maudlin Alfie leaves claiming he’ll be away overnight. He’s asked Jean and Roxy to look after the bar so Kat can have the night off. Roxy tells the Branning brothers where Alfie’s gone. Kat gets a phone call. After putting on Alfie’s necklace she heads out, unaware Alfie’s watching from the shadows.
Tanya’s iced her wedding cake having realised Cora isn’t going to help. Tanya reminds Max to pay the last honeymoon instalment. Derek decorates the Vic for Max’s stag do. Derek tries to bribe Joey to come to Christmas dinner but he refuses. Tanya’s hens gather in Booty. Tanya and Lola do Lauren’s hair and make up. Derek arrives and takes Tanya aside. He commands her to make Joey leave Walford. Derek collects Max for his stag do. Max’s brooding; he hasn’t paid ‘them’ yet. Derek takes Max’s honeymoon cash, insisting he’ll sort it. Unbeknownst to Max, Derek uses the cash to pay for the stag do. Jack glares at Derek, bitter that he’s taken over as best man. The hens head for R&R; Sharon’s provided tuxedo clad waiters and a game of Mr & Mrs (to be) with Kim as host. Tanya notices Lauren staring at Joey. Cora comes to make peace, giving Tanya a bride and groom figurine. Lauren corners Joey then starts drinking when he re-iterates they’re over. As the strippers begin, Tanya asks Joey to leave Walford if he loves Lauren. Lauren sees them together. Joey tells Lauren he’s leaving and she should forget him. The girls decide to join the stags.
The hens tease a love-struck Poppy, Fatboy’s made her a mix CD.
At the stag do it becomes clear several Walford men (including Ian) are on Tracey’s list of conquests.
