Manchester Chief Constable Sir Peter Fahy on why the law should change to allow police forces to use positive discrimination. Plus should kids have lessons in social media?
Chief Constable of Greater Manchester Police Sir Peter Fahy explains why the law should change to allow police forces to use positive discrimination.
