Convicted drugs trafficker Lindsay Sandiford wants the Foreign Office to pay the two and a half thousand pounds she needs to appeal her death sentence in Bali. Who should pay?

Should the government pay for a British drug trafficker to appeal against her death sentence in Bali?

Lindsay Sandiford is taking the Foreign Office to court - saying she needs two and a half thousand pounds to cover her legal costs.

The government says it doesn't pay for foreign court cases - and has done all that it can to help.

What do you think? Is it our responsibility to help? She's a British national, after all. Or .. is this now a matter between HER and the Indonesian court?
