When the head of Newham Council's youth offending team, Peter Nicholson, received an OBE for his services, it appeared that it was a huge success for the council. That is, until the fraud team started digging and unearthed 拢300,000 and a number of ghost employees.
And veterinary nurse Cally was at a loss when daughter Madison showed signs of developmental delay and feared having to give up work to cope with the toddler's constant needs. When a diagnosis was finally given, Cally was desperate for some expert help and advice.
