Former assistant editor of the Tablet, Margaret Hebblethwaite, shares her opinion on the recent negative headlines, telling us while there is no one at the helm, people feel freer to speak their mind, using this window of opportunity to tackle issues which would normally be off the agenda. She also calls for the next Pope to listen and make the church a place for open discussion - not 'command and control' as Pope Benedict led.
