Cross party talks about press regulation break down. The Prime Minister wants a royal charter, while Labour and the Lib Dems say the press should be regulated by law.
Cross party talks about press regulation break down. Politicians have been discussing the best way to regulate the press since the Leveson report was published - The Liberal Democrats and Labour want new laws, but the Conservatives say a charter will provide proper controls, without a need for legislation. The Consumer team is also here, talking about the current accounts paying higher rates of interest than savings, and how it's now easier to get out of a Gym contract.
