Joe returns to the West Sussex coast to see how Andrew and Catherine Ingram have been getting on with renovation of their property. When Joe first met the couple, they were newlyweds and had just bought a house built in the early 1900s. The house had been empty for almost 12 months and had been left practically untouched. Eighteen months on, Joe is keen to see how far they have got in transforming the property into their dream home.

We also return to Berkshire to find out how a training initiative to teach heritage skills to young people has progressed, and we meet Thanet's new empty property officer, Andrew Emmerson, as he views new homes on the development of a once derelict hotel in Margate.
