Jonathan Edwards introduces live coverage from the second day at the 32nd European Indoor Championships from Gothenburg. Many of the continent's top athletes will be competing in Sweden, and in a busy schedule there are many medals to be decided today.

The women's long jump starts proceedings, with Shara Proctor set to go for Britain. Darya Klishina of Russia will be the one to beat, as the defending champion has already enjoyed an impressive indoor campaign this season. Pole vaulter Holly Bleasdale will be a strong contender for gold as well, with the Lancashire athlete proving to be a real force in the event, and this was demonstrated in last year's World Indoor Championships when she won a bronze medal.

Other highlights include the women's 400m semi-finals and the men's 60m semis, where Dwain Chambers will be looking to qualify for the evening final and attempt to improve on the silver medal he won in Paris two years ago.

Steve Cram leads the commentary team with Colin Jackson, Denise Lewis and Paula Radcliffe providing the expert analysis.
