Cypriot politicians try to find alternative ways of qualifying for a multi-billion bailout. Mark Hutchings reports from outside the parliament in the capital Nicosia. And Peter talks to MEP Arlene McCarthy, Vice Chair of the European Parliament's Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs.
