Central Dessert
Chefs compete to cook at a banquet to celebrate 25 years of Red Nose Day. The chefs create their desserts, with one last chance to impress judge Marcus Wareing.
Great British Menu continues as 24 of the nation's finest chefs battle it out to cook gastronomic masterpieces that are also witty and fun. Their dishes have to put a smile on faces as they compete for the prize of cooking a dish at a special banquet at the Royal Albert Hall celebrating 25 years of Comic Relief's Red Nose Day appeals.
The chefs in central England have one last chance to impress Marcus Wareing before the final two are chosen to face the judging panel. Will Daniel Clifford's Going Out With a Bang be good enough to put him in a top slot? Has Richard Bainbridge dropped the comedy ball with his coffee and chocolate dessert called Time to Reflect? Or will an unusual dish of parsnip banoffee cake, chocolate tart and parsnip ice cream get Will Holland through to the next stage?
