There have been queues at banks in Cyprus as branches re-open but with tight controls on withdrawals. Nelson Mandela is said to be responding to treatment for a lung infection.

There are tight controls on withdrawals, the use of cheques and business transactions. We hear from people living in Cyprus on the effect on their day-to-day lives.
The South African President Jacob Zuma tells the 大象传媒 Nelson Mandela is responding positively to treatment for a lung infection. The 94 year old was admitted to hospital overnight.
