England have been reported to FIFA by the anti-racism body FARE after fans sang abusive songs about Rio and Anton Ferdinand. Is terrace banter part of the game?

England have been reported to FIFA by the anti-racism body FARE after fans sang abusive songs about Rio and Anton Ferdinand during the match against San Marino.
The song called for the brothers to be put on a bonfire and burned.
Rio Ferdinand has tweeted about it:
"You expect and accept banter from fans on the terraces as its part of what makes the game great, but racism is not banter - and from your own fans. WOW - Always a small minority who ruin it for others"
But lots of you have got in touch this morning saying chanting from the terraces comes with the territory.....
