Baroness Thatcher's funeral
Naresh Puri sits in, asking whether Margaret Thatcher deserved a ten million pound funeral, plus dentist Steve Sharma is answers all your tooth and gum related questions.
Naresh Puri standing in:Does Margaret Thatcher deserve a ten million pound funeral?
Its the most lavish such occasion for a commoner since the state funeral of Sir Winston Churchill in 1965. Like Maggie he was a Conservative Prime Minister but while Winston united the country to fight Hitler and defeat the Nazis, Mrs Thatcher was seen as a hugely divisive figure in 1980's Britain.
While her Governments brought huge prosperity for some, including many Asian families, many former industrial and mining communities despised her. Does she deserve what is, in all but name, a state funeral? What do you think about those who are protesting?
One former mining town in South Yorkshire is going to hold a procession and party culminating in the burning of a replica of her coffin. Can you understand their anger or is going too far? What did she do for Asians? Many loved her praise for hard work and entrepreneurial spirit, but others questioned her record on race relations and caring for Asians who lived in poorer communities.
After 11, dentist Steve Sharma is our guru and he answers all your teeth and gums related questions.
And then at 12 - Should you only wear a bindi if you are Hindu?
