Two of TV's best-loved chefs - Ed Baines and John Burton Race - lock horns in an epic battle for profit!

The venue will take our boys back to the heyday of great train travel as they are challenged to cook on a vintage train - a luxurious 'palace on wheels' packed with the most discerning of diners, all expecting the very best in five-star luxury from the chefs' three-course menus.

Our chefs will be calling on all their culinary skills and restaurant experience, because there can be only one winner - the chef who makes the biggest profit!
