Prevent strategy: anti-terror experts on campus

Nihal asks how to prevent young people from becoming radicalised on campus and speaks to two Muslims serving in the British Armed Forces.

Join the debate with Nihal at 10. He's asking, is spying on campus the best way to tackle extremism? As part of the Government's "Prevent" strategy to stop extremism in the UK, Anti Terror experts are being put into ten Universities to tackle problems at the root. Their role will be to spot the early signs of radicalisation and presumably act upon it. Do you think this is a good idea? After 11, Wing Commander Mohammed Ahmed (Royal Air Force) and Lance Corporal Mohammed Taju-Deen (British Army) talk about their experience of being Muslim & being part of the armed forces. After midday, British Asian photographer Kajal Nisha Patel talks about her work exploring British Asian lifestyle in the UK and India.
