Charlotte Smith travels to a 600 acre vegetable farm near Evesham in Worcestershire and takes a close-up look at some undercover crops, including tomatoes and - more unusually - pak choi. She asks grower Vito Pilade how he responds to claims that glass and polythene structures are a blot on the landscape.
