John le Carr茅's new novel A Delicate Truth centres on the aftermath of a counter-terror operation codenamed Wildlife which takes place in Gibraltar. It raises difficult moral and emotional territory for all involved and is described as one of le Carr茅's most personal novels for many years.

And Richard Patterson lost 4 paintings in the warehouse fire that destroyed many of the works in the Saatchi collection in 2004. Now he's re-created one of them and it's amongst the work in his latest exhibition at the Timothy Taylor Gallery.
