When John and Hanna bought their first home together they took the precaution of having a survey carried out, which indicated no major problems. Yet shortly after moving into the property, they discovered a major damp problem that will cost thousands of pounds to rectify. Dom takes up the fight and looks at what we consumers should expect when ordering a survey.
Plus, do we have more rights buying online than on the high street? Well Rani Price hits the streets to reveal all, and we hear how one man took on his bank after thousands of pounds of savings suddenly went AWOL.
