As the Childrens Society reveals the health and education of young carers is suffering, one young woman says looking after her dad has made her the person she is today.

The Childrens Society reveals there are now more than 166,000 carers under the age of 18 - 20 per cent more than there were ten years ago. The charity also says the health and education of young carers is suffering. One young woman tells Victoria Derbyshire that looking after her dad has made her the person she is today.
