Jasmine Harman tries to help families tackle their hoards. In this episode she helps 87-year-old Olive reclaim her home as well as helping a mother and daughter in south London.

Jasmine helps 87-year-old Olive in Brighton get the home back which she has lost to hoarding. Over a period of months Jasmine builds trust with Olive, who eventually allows her into the house to start clearing her decades-old hoard from the hallway. Olive's extraordinary life is transformed by Jasmine's intervention as she painstakingly works her way back through a lifetime of possessions stored behind her front door.

In south London, Jasmine also helps Vicky and her mum Janet, whose relationship which strongly echoes Jasmine's own relationship with her mother. Together they work on the endless piles of clothing and suitcases which make Vicky embarrassed to bring friends home. Can Jasmine and her team of experts help these chronic hoarders overcome their conditions and move forward?
